St. Mark Ministries provides parking services on an "as-is" basis and is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft to vehicles or personal property, including but not limited to:
Damage to vehicles caused by accidents, weather, third parties, or any other circumstances.

Loss or theft of personal belongings left in vehicles.

Any injuries sustained while on the parking premises.

Parking is at your own risk. We strongly recommend locking your vehicle and removing or securing all valuables. St. Mark Ministries, St. Mark Lutheran School, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our parking facilities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
